VEGA V Series
The Sturdos VEGA V Series consists of mechanically driven diaphragm metering pumps designed for direct installation in mixers. Their design facilitates use and reduces maintenance, while maintaining a high level of reliability and manufacturing quality.
The medium to be pumped is separated from the drive by a diaphragm, which protects the pump from harmful elements in the product and ensures safe, leak-free operation. VEGA V pumps feature an output shaft that allows direct connection to an agitator, making it possible to stop the dosing flow while the agitation system continues to operate.
Thanks to its installation on the tank via a lower flange, the pump can pre-mix the product and then suck it out of the tank, adapting to processes where water and powder need to be combined before dosing. The VEGA V series is particularly suitable for industrial applications that require precision and control in mixing and dosing processes, such as in the beverage industry.
